As the seasons shift and the New Moon in Pisces arrives, it’s the perfect time to hit "reset." The Spring Equinox arrives as an invitation to embark on a journey back home—to your heart.
We invite you to sit with us in a circle of women to honor more than 2,500 years of Mayan tradition. Together, we will drink Mexican Cacao, the medicine of the heart, to remember who we truly are and who we want to be.
This is a dedicated space to listen and connect with yourself and others. It is an opportunity to align with your inner wisdom so you can live lighter, more present, and open to the energy of love. As we welcome the spring, we will plant the seeds for new projects born from radical love and the strength of your own inner voice.
This ceremony will be facilitated with all the love by Monica, but the space itself will be held and nurtured by the collective magic of every woman participating.
What Is a Cacao Ceremony?
Originated in Central and South America, the Mayans called Cacao the "Food of the Gods." For thousands of years, it has been used in rituals and as a gentle medicine to help us drop from our heads into our hearts.
It’s a natural mood-booster that allows you to connect with your inner wisdom, find clarity, and remember who you truly are. We drink it together, in ceremony, to honor the tradition and to create a bridge between our busy lives and our truest selves. If you’ve never been to a ceremony before, think of it as an "apapacho", a warm hug for your heart.
This ceremony is facilitated by a Mexican national who carries cacao as part of her cultural heritage and daily lifestyle practice, bringing authenticity and depth to the experience.
